Directions

FROM CITY CENTRE

Take A59 Byron Street - becomes Scotland Road then Kirkdale Road. At fork, with traffic lights, branch right up the hill on the A5089 - now called Everton Valley - signposted "St. Helens A580/Manchester/M62 Motorway" & "Anfield/Tuebrook/Fazakerley".
Keep straight on (now the A580 dual carriageway) past Stanley Park on right - signposted "Kirkby/Fazakerley/Walton Centre/St. Helens". Go past Everton Football Club(Walton Lane) and under the railway bridge.

Cross straight on over the ring road (Queens Drive A5058) onto Walton Hall Avenue A580 - signposted"M62 Manchester / Warrington / St. Helens / Croxteth Hall / Kirkby / Fazakerley / University Hospital / Aintree."
Go under railway bridge.
At traffic lights with Blue Star Fish & Chips and Crwon Pub (Dickie Lewis) on left, turn left into stopgate lane - signposted "Aintree Industrial Estate / Everton Cemetery B51877."
Follow this road (which becomes Long Lane) past playing fields, cemetery and BP Petrol Station (all on right hand side) until you come to a set of traffic lights.

Turn right into Brookfield Drive (City Electrical Factors on corner). Mersey Towels Service is 1/4 milealong on the left-hand side, just after Atherton Road.

FROM M57

From Junction 4 of M57, take the A580 (East Lancashire Road) - signposted "Liverpool / Bootle". You pass Carcraft on the right and about a mile further on you pass the Showcase cinema on the left. Turn right at next set of traffic lights into Lower Lane - signposted "University Hospital, Aintree". (Distance from mortorway to Lower Lane = 1.4 miles). Go past the Police Station on the left and at the next traffic lights turn left into Brookfield Drive. Go past Altcourse Prison and Mersey Towel Service is approximately 1/4 mile along on right hand side opposite a cafe.
